One night it was 23:00 and I was waiting for one of the parents at work to come pick up their child. We close at 23:00 so I was ready to go home. Well the child’s mum called and said she was on her way, but that she had a kitten stuck in her dashboard. Ten minutes later she got there and still had the kitten stuck. I offered to help her get it out. She said that she and her parents had been trying for the past two and half hours to get the kitten out. She didn’t know what good I’d do but said I could give it a go anyway. 20 minutes later I had the little girl out of there. She’s seven weeks old now and I couldn’t ask for a sweeter kitten. I named her Mer after one of my best friends I meet in the hospital. Their personalities are so similar it’s scary.
I love my little kitten so much. My family is getting so big. I now have three cats, two fish, and two hedgehogs.

So I haven’t been around too much lately. Things have been crazy at work. I’ve had to pull some more hours because the best person at work was fired. You heard me right. No one knows why not even her and it is downright horrid. Everyone is nervous and one their toes. It didn’t help that state made a routine surprise inspection on a day were several workers were off. All things considered though it went good.
Two weeks ago one of my coworkers found out she was pregnant. I went through massive baby envy. Ended up mopping around until well yesterday. She miscarried and it put things into prospective for me. [I am infertile so I cannot get pregnant naturally. So that’s why I was having massive baby envy.]
So that’s what’s been up with me. I hope everyone is doing well.

Those kinds of wheels are extremely harmful to hedgehogs as well as other small pets. They need a solid bottom wheel. With mesh wheels you run the risk of the animals little toes and feet getting caught and them being torn off.

That is correct. However I am having trouble finding a link for you. Everyone one is saying 16. Though I just renewed my Child Abuse class. [One of the classes required by someone who works with children on a regular bases. I’m a preschool teacher.] That was just month that I renewed it so you can trust the information is current.

Both of these kids are under the age of consent. Regardless of that, both admitted that the sex was consensual.
Despite both of them admitting that, only the guy is being charged with rape.
Labeling this as rape is a slap in the face of every child who has had an adult force themselves onto them, a slap to every victim of a gang rape, a slap to every prisoner of war whose captors used rape as a method of torture, a slap to every person who’s been roofied and been taken advantage of…
This is a joke, and it sure as hell isn’t funny.

Sure, they were a bit young, but he shouldn’t be charged with rape.
In Ohio, the age of consent is 13. She was 12. He was 14. Anyone 10 and over is considered to be responsible for their sexual actions. She did consent to having sex with him, however in the eyes of the law she is unable to consent for another year. I am not saying that the law is perfect, but it is the law.
